Due to the nature of our business, our preferred method of contact is a phone call. The loss of a beloved pet is a very difficult time. Speaking with you directly offers a place of personal attention and clear communication. We can also answer any questions that you or your family may have in regards to our services. If you call during normal business hours and we are unable to answer, please leave a message and it will be returned promptly. If you are calling on a night or a weekend, please leave a message. Messages are returned 7 days a week if left between 7am and 8pm. Messages left after 8pm will be returned immediately the next morning. We encourage anyone who would like to tour our facility, witness a cremation or bring a deceased pet to us directly, to call and make an appointment. We respect each client's privacy and preferences. Scheduling a specific appointment ensures that you will receive undivided attention in a safe environment.

If you will be using a GPS to come to our facility, the directions may be incomplete. Once you turn onto Robinson Lane, follow it all the way until you see a large white sign that says Robinson Business Park. Go past this sign into the park and make your first right. We are located in the 4-6th units in the very first building in the Business Park.
