Pumba

Pumba came to Delaware Golden Retriever Rescue in Reinholds PA in spring of 2014….  Pumba was found living on the streets of Puerto Rico and was sent to PA by Al Sato Rescue.  I was voluntering at DVGRR when I met Pumba and it was love at first sight for both of us…  he came home, his forever home with me. Pumba was one of the best dogs we ever had, everyone loved him he was kind, so well behaved and hardly ever barked, just looking in his eyes you can see the love In October of 2025 we moved into a retirement community and he was loved and is now missed by all the residents…

I miss my baby, I cry and my heart aches with so many memories…. Pumba received so many hugs and kisses every day and I told him how much I loved him and I know he loved me. Lap of Love was so kind and caring on his final day…

I pray to GOD every night to give Pumba a kiss on his nose from me…
