Chewbacca

Our best boy crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully in my arms surrounded by his family one day before his 11th birthday. Lover of rice, noods, the sun, pup cups, car rides with the windows down, and snuggles. He somehow always managed to fit himself into the smallest of spaces. He was my study buddy through not only nursing school, but also through my BSN and MSN journeys and Jason’s during all 3 of his promotions. He never passed up a chance to nap with his sisters (human and fur). Our hearts are hurting, but also full of love and joy. We are blessed and thankful for being able to give what we hope was the best life to Chewbacca Alawishus. We love you buddy!
