We live in a digital age, where email is the norm and phone calls and letters seem out of date. We however, like to think of the phone call as old-fashioned and intimate, and that is why it is our preferred method of contact. The loss of a beloved pet is a very difficult time, and we feel that you deserve personal attention and care that we can only provide by speaking with you. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have either in person or over the phone.

Due to the nature of our business, we ask that you call with any question or concerns so that we might help you personally, privately, and with the utmost respect. If you call during normal business hours and we are unable to answer, please leave a message and it will be returned promptly. If you are calling on a night or a weekend, please leave a message. Messages are normally returned within 2 hours, 7 days a week if left between 7am and 8pm. Messages left after 8pm will be returned immediately the next morning.


We encourage anyone who would like to tour our facility, witness a cremation, or bring a deceased pet to us, to call and make an appointment. We respect each client's privacy and needs and will schedule the time so that you will receive undivided attention. To refer a friend or vet, please call 302-656-5737.

If you will be using a GPS to come to our facility, please disregard the last direction your GPS will give you.  Once you turn onto Robinson Lane, follow it all the way until you see a large white sign that says Robinson Business Park, once you see that sign and a guard house directly behind the sign, your GPS will tell you to make a right turn before the sign,  DO NOT MAKE THIS TURN, instead follow straight through the entrance to the business park and make a right 50 yards after that guard house. We are 4 units down on your left.
